Samantha Rohrbacher
Senior Clinician

Samantha Rohrbacher, LMSW, is a Senior Clinician at City Behavioral Health. Sam received her BA in Psychology from James Madison University and a Masters of Social Work from Columbia University. She has experience working with individuals receiving treatment at inpatient, residential, and outpatient levels of care. Sam has worked in various roles at the world renowned Silver Hill Hospital working with clients who struggle with addiction, mental health, and eating disorders.

 

Sam received her Foundational Dialectical Behavior Therapy training from Behavioral Tech in 2019. Since then, Sam has worked as a DBT skills coach for clients, as well as a primary clinician serving clients at the residential level of care through individual sessions, family meetings, leading DBT skills groups, and discharge planning. She uses CBT and DBT principles with a trauma-informed approach in her work with clients. Sam believes in supportive, non-judgmental therapy and focuses on behavioral changes to help clients conquer the challenges they are facing. She uses an easy manner to help her clients feel comfortable and supported.
